Ces adjectifs numéraux sont invariables Mais ils peuvent être utilisés au pluriel quand ils sont utilisés comme des noms, comme en français.

J'en ai des centaines
J'ai lu des milliers de livres

Des milliers et des milliers
and : "a hundred and twelve"
 
"and" s'utilise en anglais britannique entre hundred ou thousand et le chiffre des dizaines ou des unités (mais pas entre thousand et le chiffre des centaines).
Mais il ne s'utilise pas en anglais américain.

 

Billion
 
Un billion américain vaut un milliard (1000 millions), alors qu'un billion britannique vaut 1000 milliards.
Le billion américain est de plus en plus utilisé en Grande-Bretagne.
